Frying Pan Pizza, Hunter Beef Burger And SFC Twister by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients for Frying Pan Pizza:

  • Self raising flour 1 1/2cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Caster sugar 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Ingredients for Topping:
  • Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
  • Onion sliced 2 tbsp
  • Chicken tikka shredded 1/2 cup
  • Tomato diced 1
  • Capsicum diced 2 tbsp
  • Mushroom 3 sliced
  • Oregano sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Cheese grated 1/2 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. In one pan, mix self raising flour, salt, yeast, oil & caster sugar, knead with lukewarm water. Cover it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now roll dough equal to 9 inch pan.
  3. Then heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan, roast dough on one side for 3 minutes on low flame.
  4. Now roast dough on second side .
  5. Now put sauce and filling.
  6. Now add oregano and grated cheese, grill it for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Cut into triangular shape and serve hot.

Ingredients for Hunter Beef Burger:

  • Undercut beef 1/2 kg
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Green chilli 15
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1 small
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Black cardamom 2
  • Black pepper whole 12
  • Cloves 6
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks

Ingredients for Mustard Sauce:

  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 cup

To Serve Burger:

  • Burger buns 4
  • Salad leaves 4
  • Cucumber slices 4
  • Tomato slices 4

Method:

  1. For making beef: Cut beef into small undercut. Boil it with garlic, ginger, green chilli, salt, onion small, white cumin, black cardamom, black pepper whole, cloves, cinnamon and 2 cup water.
  2. Then cool it. Take out all whole spice. Make rehsay of beef.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil on tawa. Add red chilli powder, salt and beef rehsay. Fry for 3 minutes. Take out from stove and cool it.
  4. For mustard sauce: Cook flour, salt, red chilli powder, mustard paste, vinegar, oil, sugar & water, stir continuously until thick.
  5. For making burger: Roast buns on ghee on tawa.
  6. Now spread mustard paste on half part of buns.
  7. Now put salad leaves, beef reshay, tomato slices & cucumber slices, cover with other part of bun. Serve hot.

Ingredients for SFC Twister:

  • Chicken breast 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn crumbs 2 cups
  • Self raising flour 1/2 cup
  • Lettuce sliced 1/2 cup
  • Hot sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 1

Ingredients for Batter:

  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Water to make batter

Ingredients for Tortillas:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lukewarm water as required

Method:

  1. For making tortillas: Mix flour, salt, backing powder, oil and knead with lukewarm water. Cover it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now roll it equal to one big size plate. Now roast on both sides on tawa. Cover it.
  3. For making batter: Mix flour, backing powder, salt, white pepper, paprika, chilli sauce & water and make middle thick batter.
  4. For making chicken: Mix corn crumbs & self raising flour and keep aside. Cut chicken into 3 inch long. Spread salt, pepper, paprika powder, chilli sauce & chilli garlic sauce and leave it for 30 minutes.
  5. Now dip into batter, roll into mixture of corn crumbs & self raising flour. Deep fry into hot oil until crispy.
