Ingredients for Foil Mutton Chops:

  • Mutton Chops 1 kg
  • Carrot 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Green Chillies Chopped 1 tsp
  • Chat Masala 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  • Salt As required

Method:

  1. Put salt, black pepper, garam masala, green chillies chopped, vinegar & oil and cook half.
  2. Remove skin of potato, cut cubes and boil it.
  3. Also cut carrot into pieces.
  4. Mix salt, black pepper, garam masala and chat masala in yogurt.
  5. Put yogurt mixture into pieces of foil.
  6. Add chops and some vegetables and fold foil.
  7. Put water in saucepan, steam chops and set it.
  8. Put in serving plates and serve it.

Ingredients for Saat Samundar Paar:

  • Batter Cake 250 gram
  • Fruit Cocktail 1 tin
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Fresh Cream 2 packet
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Custard Powder 4 tbsp
  • Chocolate Syrup As required

Method:

  1. Cut cake into slices and spread into serving dish.
  2. Add fruit cocktail.
  3. Together make custard with custard powder, milk and sugar. Together mix cream and keep it for cool.
  4. Spread custard on fruit cocktail. Put fruit cocktail again.
  5. Spread layer of cream. Add chocolate sauce and keep it for cool.
  6. Serve it.
