Ingredients:

  • 40 slices of party rye
  • 2 pkgs. of shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 10 oz. can sauerkraut, rinsed
  • 1/2 lb. sliced corn beef
  • dijon mustard

Method:

  1. Place bread on baking sheet. Broil for 2 minutes.
  2. Put together corn beef, mustard and sauerkraut on bread.
  3. Broil for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve.
