Ingredients for Get Up & Go Smoothie:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed ice 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Raspberries frozen 1/2 cup
  • Raspberries jelly crystals 1/2 packet

Ingredients for Kalakand:

  • Khoya 1/2 kg
  • Caster sugar 125 grams
  • Nutmeg, mace powder 1 pinch
  • Ghee as required
  • Pistachios, almonds for garnishing

Ingredients for Vegetable Lasagna:

  • Lasagna sheets 7 strips
  • Carrots 2 cut
  • Potato 2 cut
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Eggplant 2 chopped
  • French beans 1 cup
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 sliced
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

For Bhagaar:

  • White cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilli 6
  • Curry leaves 1

For Cheese Sauce:

  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Grated cheese 3 tbsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
