Ingredients for Hyderabadi Haleem: 
Beef Boneless 1 kg 
Ginger 2 tbsp 
Garlic 2 tbsp 
Split Horse Beans 1/2 cup 
Bengal Gram 1/2 cup 
Wheat 1/2 kg 
Red Chilli 2 tbsp 
Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp 
Yogurt 1 cup 
Salt to taste 
Fried Onion 1 cup 
Ghee 1 cup 
Mix Spices 1 tbsp 
Whole Mix Spices 1 tbsp 
Ginger 2 inch piece 
Lemon 2 
Papar for serving  
Method: 
Soak wheat, bengal gram and split horse beans over night. 
Wash nicely in morning, add 1 tsp red chilli, 1 tsp turmeric & 1/2 cup oil, boil it and strangulate little. 
Add ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli, turmeric & mix spices in beef and boil it. 
When beef cooked well, do shredded. 
Heat oil, add whole mix spices, beef & yogurt and roast it. 
Now add blended dal & all ingredients and cook nicely. When nicely cooked well, give bhagaar. 
Serve with green masala, papar and fried onion.  
Ingredients for Badam Ki Jali: 
Almonds 375 gram 
Caster Sugar 250 gram 
Silver Paper as required 
Milk 1/2 cup  
Method: 
Remove skin of almonds, grind it and make powder. 
In one pan, add almond powder & caster sugar and cook on low flame, give drops of milk until it becomes in shape of dough. 
Now roll it and cut with cookie cutter. 
Spread silver paper, cover with other piece and make all jaliyan. 
Roast on frying pan on low flame. 
Badam ki jali is ready.  
Ingredients for Patthar Gosht: 
Mutton Pasanday 1/2 cup 
Pather Ka Phool 1 
Meat Tenderizer 1 tsp 
Green Chilli Paste 
Raw Papaya 1 tsp 
Ginger 1 tsp 
Garlic 1 tsp 
Lemon 2 tbsp 
Chilli Paste 1 tsp 
Hanged Yogurt 3 tbsp 
Mix Spices 1 tsp 
Crushed Black Pepper 1/2 tsp 
Roasted Gram Flour 2 tbsp 
Salt to taste 
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp 
Onion 1 
Tomato 1  
Method: 
In one pot, add all ingredients, mix nicely and spread on mutton pasanday. 
Now marinate it and leave for 1 hour. 
Raost on hot tawa and serve with salad.
