Karara palak chat 

Ingredients;

  • Chickpeas flour         1/2 cup
  • Cumin seed                    1 tsp
  • Ajwaiin                        1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt                                to taste
  • Red chilli pwd             1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric                      1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper pwd      1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala               1/2tsp
  • Yogurt mint chtney    2 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp            2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste     1 tsp
  • Spinach                         1-1/2 bunch
  • Sev                                   1/2 cup
  • Coriander                 for garnish

Method;

  1. In a bowl, take chickpeas flour , salt , pepper , chat masala, ginger garlic paste and water and mix to form a paste.
  2. Wash spinach leaves and dry them
  3. Dip leaves in tbe chiccpeas paste and fry them on medium heat.
  4. Take oit when golden brown.
  5. Take the mint chutney dahi add imli pulp in it , the spinach leaves in it.
  6. Sprinkle cumin , chaat masala on it.
  7. In the end sprinkle the sev.
  8. Serve.

Ingredients;

For spinach balls
  • Spinach             1-1/2 cup   
  • Bread crumbs    4 tbsp
  • Egg                           1
  • Garlic                     1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  • Nutmeg                   1/4 tsp
  • Salt n white pepper to taste
  • Oil                                as req
For pasta;
  • Penne pasta             500 gm
  • Butter                        2 tbsp
  • Red chilli                     8
  • Garlic                         1 tbsp
  • Zucchini                       3
  • Parmesan cheese     1/2 cup
  • Salt n white pepper   to taste
