Ingredients for Masala Rava Idli:

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White lentil 1 tsp
  • Yellow lentil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Soda bi carb 1 tsp

For Coconut Chatni:

  • Fresh coconut grated 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 3
  • Roasted gram 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 to 3 tbsp

For Bhagaar:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • White lentil 1 tsp

Ingredients for Sambar Vada:

For Vada:

  • While lentil 250 gram
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 4 chopperize
  • Onion 1
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

For Sambar:

  • Pigeon lentil 200 gram
  • Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Sambar masala 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 3
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Soda bi carb 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
