Meethay Dahi Baray
Ingredients
Oil for frying
White flour 2cup
Yellow colour half tsp
Egg 1
Sugar 1 cup
Rose water half tsp
Cardimum powder half tsp
Method
Put in a bowl & mix in flour ,sugar , egg, baking soda , cardimum powder..
Then deep fry in medium flame.
In a pot 2 cup of water & 1cup of add boiled till sugar dissolve then add rose water.
Then fry pakore put on sugar mixture.
