Achari Fish Tikka, Masala Dar Chops And Creamy Red Beans Rice by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients for Achari Fish Tikka:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Lemon 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • White Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut fish into pieces, out white vinegar without washing, leave it for 5 minutes and then wash it.
  2. Place it in sieve so that water dries.
  3. Then coat fish turmeric, salt, lemon juice, tikka masala, cumin seed, and crushed red chili and leave it for 10 minutes.
  4. After it, heat the grill pan, grease with oil and put the fish pieces and fry separate until brown.
  5. Delicious Achari Fish Tikka is ready.

Ingredients for Masala Dar Chops:

  • Mutton Chops 1/2 kg
  • Green Coriander 1 bunch
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion Chopped 2
  • Lemon Juice 3
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Green chilies 10
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash mutton chops and put in pan.
  2. Now add salt, ginger garlic paste and yogurt, mix them nicely and boil.
  3. When water dries, remove it from stove.
  4. Then add green chilies, garlic cloves and green coriander, mix it and grind chutney.
  5. Heat oil in karahi pan, fry chopped onions until golden brown and take out half onions and spread on tissue paper.
  6. Put half onions in chutney, saute it lightly and add lemon juice and salt .
  7. Now put oil in fry pan, add mutton chops, fry it slightly and put in masala.
  8. After frying all mutton chops, add lemon juice and chopped black pepper and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  9. In end, put fried onions and serve Masala Dar Chops.

Ingredients for Creamy Red Beans Rice:

  • Chicken 250 gm
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Red Beans 1 cup
  • Chopped Capsicum 2
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Soak red beans in lukewarm water and boil it nicely.
  2. When they are tendered, remove water and strain it.
  3. Now add salt and white vinegar in rice and boil 2/4, strain it and simmer it.
  4. Then heat oil in karahi pan and put ginger garlic paste.
  5. Then put small small chicken pieces and roast it
  6. After it, add red beans, chopped red chili, garlic chili sauce and salt and stir fry it.
  7. Now add capsicum and rice and mix it nicely.
  8. In, end add soya sauce and white vinegar and keep for simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. After it, put fresh cream, mix and serve hot.
