Ingredients for Boti Tikka:

  • Beef undercut boti 1 kg
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Papaya 3 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Naan 4

Ingredients for  Haryali Seekh Kabab:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Soy 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4-6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Mint 20 leaves
  • Onion paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Eggs half
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Bread slice 1
