Ingredients for Mutton Makhini:

  • Mutton 500 gm
  • Small onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Muthi Kababs:

  • Mutton/ beef 500 grams
  • Cooked chickpeas 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Tara garam masala 2 tsp
  • Ginger paste 2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp   
  • Green chili 4
  • Small onion 1
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Imli Aur Gur Ki Chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp 200 grams
  • Jaggery 250 grams
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt 1/4 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
  • Water 2 cups
