Ingredients for Wonton:

  • Roll patti 10-12 pieces
  • Chicken Mince 250 gm
  • Cottage cheese  1 pieces
  • Coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Onion  2 pieces
  • Green chili  7-8 pieces
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put coriander, green chili, cumin powder, black pepper powder, chinese salt, salt and ginger garlic paste in chicken and grind in chopper.
  2. Cut onions thinly put it in muslin cloth and drain it.
  3. When all water comes out, dry it and add in chicken.
  4. Now put this mixture in roll pati and fold like wonton.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil and serve.

Ingredients for Belay:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Ghee  1 tsp
  • Red  chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Cumin  1/2 tsp

For curry:

  • Onion  2 pieces
  • Ginger garlic  1 tsp
  • Tomato  2 pieces
  • Red chili  1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder as required
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Mix spices powder  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put ghee, red chili powder, yogurt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt and cumin in gram flour and knead it.
  2. Now make belay of this mixture and boil in hot water.
  3. For making curry: Heat oil in one pan and fry onion.
  4. Then put tomato, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and salt and roast it.
  5. Now add belay in it. Together put fried onion
  6. Sprinkle mix spice powder, garnish with coriander and serve.
