Ingredients for Achar Gosht:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Pickle 1 cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Onion  1 big
  • Cooking oil  1/4 cup
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Salt  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onions, ginger and garlic.
  2. Now add red chili and mutton and roast for 5 minutes.
  3. Then put 1 liter water and salt. When it is boiled, then cook on low flame for 1 hour.
  4. After that remove its cap, dry its water, put yogurt and fry for 10 minutes.
  5. In end, add pickle, cook for 2 minutes and remove from stove.
  6. Achaar gosht is ready.

Ingredients for Mix Sabzi Ka Achar:

  • Carrot  01
  • Green chili  6-8
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • Green beans  1/2 cup
  • Garlic  6-8 clove
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds  1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds  1 tbsp
  • Chili powder  2 tbsp
