Masala machli

Ingredients:

  • Fish                             1
  • Oil                                1 cup
  • Garlic                           4 cloves 
  • Cinnamon                   2 sticks
  • Fenugreek seeds        1 pinch
  • Clove                             2
  • Black pepper               4
  • Red chilli                      8- 10
  • Talhar mirch               2-4
  • Lemon                           3
  • Coriander whole         1 tsp
  • Ginger                            2tbsp
  • Turmeric powder        1/2 tsp
  • Onion                              4tbsp
  • Cumin seeds                  1tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2.  Add garlic , ginger , onion , coriander , white cumin , cinnamon, fenugreek seeds, clove , black pepper , turmeric, red chilli , talhar mirch ,some water and cook.
  3. Then add salt and lemon juice and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook it till it thickens.
  5. Marinate the fish with salt and lemon juice.
  6. Fry the fish in a separate pan for 5 minutes.
  7. Take out the fish in a baking tray.
  8. Pour the gravy on the fish.
  9. Bake in the oven for 15 -20 minutes.
  10. Garnish with salad leave and serve.
