Ingredients for Spicy Tomato Prawns:

  • Prawns  1/2 kg
  • Chopped tomatoes  1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  5-6
  • Red chili paste  2 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seed  1 tsp
  • Carom seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander  1 tbsp
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the prawns.
  2. Then sprinkle salt on it, fry it in oil then keep it on aside.
  3. Then add garlic paste, fry it in same oil.
  4. Now add tomato, green chilies roast it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Then add red chili paste, chopped black pepper, chopped and crushed cumin, chopped carom seeds and salt and mix it well.
  6. In the end roast the prawns well.
  7. Dish out, garnish with green coriander and serve.

Ingredients for Chicken Ball Simmerd With Diakon:

For chicken balls:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • White vinegar  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Soup:

  • Chicken stock  1/2 liter
  • Japanese soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Radish  1
  • Lemon juice  1 tsp
  • Lemons 1
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. For making chicken balls: Add chicken mince, garlic paste, chopped black pepper, soya sauce, corn flour, white pepper, salt  make paste of it.
  2. For making soup: Pour chicken stock boil it, When it becomes to boil add reddish in a stock, boil it till becomes soft.
  3. Now take out the reddish and keep it on a side. Then add chicken balls in stock boil it till the balls are cooked.
  4. When the chicken balls becomes ready then add Chinese soya sauce, lemon juice, chopped white pepper, salt, mix it well.
  5. Then put the lemon skin mix it well, dish out and serve it as hot.

Ingredients for Basil Tea:

  • Basil tea 8-10
  • Tea  1-2 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Milk  as required
  • Water as required

Method:

  1. Pour water in pan as needed, add basil tea boil it.
  2. When fragrance comes, add tea and sugar and mix it.
  3. When tea becomes ready then pour milk as needed, serve it in cup.
