Ingredients for Kali Mirch Ki Karahi:

  • Chicken 2 kg
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Garlic water 2 cup
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Tomato 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Mix spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilli, Garlic, Coriander for garnish

Ingredients for Fried Fish:

  • Fish 8

For Coating:

  • Corn flour 8 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Mix spices powder 1/4 tsp
  • Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 5-6 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Chutney:

  • Plump 1/2 cup
  • Apricot 1/2 cup
  • Onion seed 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
