Fruits include potassium, fibre, vitamin C, folate, and etc. you must also include, citrus fruits, strawberries, blue berries, cranberries in your diet to get more benefit from phytochemicals too. Fruits are vital for your body and good health. Potassium reduces risks or cardiovascular diseases as well as reduces risks of developing kidney stones, and also makes your bones strong. Folate helps the body to form red blood cells that`s why it is important to take fruits in first trimester of pregnancy for good development.

Dry fruits on the other hand, are also nutritious and contain numerous health benefits. Dry fruits are your anti-cancer militants, they helps to give you energy and beautiful healthy skin and also enrich growth of your hair as they contain phytonutrients, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, which are good for your health and immune system. They also enhance your skin life and give it a natural glow. They provide your body with ample amount of fibre and potassium that are essential for your body to function properly. Cashew nuts are good for the treatment of migraine problems. Dryfruits especially dry apricots provide you iron and encompass all iron deficiencies. They packs your body with essential vitamins and minerals to keep you healthy from inside and outside, as they are great for your memory and brain as well as good for your hair and skin.
