Green Smoothie is drink for diabetes. You must try this drink at home.

Ingredients:

  • Apple 1
  • Banana 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Celery stick 1
  • Sweet potato 1
  • Lemon with skin 1
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 cup

Direction:

  1. Add ingredients in blender and blend it nicely.
  2. Then take it out in serving glass and serve.

Green Smoothie is healthy drink. Fruits, vegetables, sweet potato, lemon, cinnamon powder & cayenne pepper are blended with water and served.
