Pomegranate Smoothie is high blood pressure drink. Make it at home.

Ingredients:

  • Pomegranate juice 8
  • Banana 1
  • Apple 2
  • Baby spinach 2 cups

Direction:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend it nicely until smooth.
  2. Then take it out in serving glasses and serve.

Pomegranate Smoothie is prepared with 4 ingredients only. Baby spinach, apple, banana and pomegranate juice are blended and served.
