Ingredients for Kachay Gosht Ki Biryani:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Rice 3 cups
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder as required
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies 4
  • Lemons 3
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion 4
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Fresh milk 1 cup
  • Yellow food color as required

To Boil Rice:

  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Black peppercorns 4
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Green chillies 4
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Dahi Toorwali Daal:

  • White split lentil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Red chillies 8
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4

For Bhagar:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Red chillies 4

Ingredients for Thai Chicken Kabab:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Sesame seeds oil 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Skewers as required
