Ingredients For Kathiawari Chana Chaat:

  • Chickpeas (white) 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion  1
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Tamarind juice  1/2 cup
  • Fried cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Carom seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda  1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. First wash the white peas with water.
  2. Then wash it again, add soda and water keep its temperature low.
  3. When it is tendered then add chopped red chiles, chopped red chilies, salt beat it well and cook it for 20 minutes.
  4. Now add tamarind paste turn off the stove.

Ingredients For Crispy Mince Balls:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion  1
  • Green chili  3
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate  1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander  1 tbsp
  • Kachri powder 1/4 tsp
  • Soda  1/4 tsp
  • Baisan  4 tbsp
  • Green coriander  4 tbsp
  • Oil  for frying
  • Salt  as required

Method:

  1. First take a mince, onion, green chilies, chopped red chilies, pomegranate seeds, chopped coriander, kachri powder, soda, gram flour, green coriander and salt mix it well.
  2. Now for making balls mixture deep fry it in hot oil for frying.
  3. Crispy mince balls are ready.
