Ingredients For Buffalo Chicken Potato:

  • Potato 4
  • Chicken Breast  1
  • Cheddar cheese 4 slices
  • Garlic Mayonnaise  2 tbsp
  • Green onion  2
  • Green chili  2
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Tara Chat masala  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First boil the potatoes with its skin.
  2. Then cut it into long pieces and scoop out from center and deep fry the remaining potato shell.
  3. Now shred the boiled chicken.
  4. Add scooped potato chips and green onion, green chili, lemon juice, red chili, salt and tara chaat garam masala mix all the ingredients.
  5. Now do the filling of chicken mixture in potato shell and put the cheddar cheese and put the garlic mayonnaise then serve.

Ingredients For Grilled Garlic Bread Toast:

  • Sandwich grilled bread 6
  • Mayonnaise  1/2 cup
  • Parsley  1 tbsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili  1 

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, green chilies mix it well.
  2. Now put that mixture in bread crumbs cut it from both sides and toast it slices in toaster and make it crispy.
  3. Then serve.
