Ingredients For Frozen Paratha:

  • Flour  1/2 kg
  • Ghee  400 gm
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Water  for kneading flour
  • Ice  as required


  1. First melt the ghee nicely then add ice and water stir it with wooden spoon beat it well.
  2. When it becomes soft then take out the water, drain it well.
  3. After that add flour, salt and oil knead the flour nicely.
  4. Now make the roti of this knead flour, put the margarine and fold it from all sides.
  5. Then leave it for half an hour, knead it again.
  6. Roll it out for 3 to 4 times.
  7. After that roll it and make the portions, put it on poly thin bag, then freeze it.

Ingredients For Mustard Chicken Vegetable:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Tomato 2
  • Capsicum 2
  • Fresh red chili  6
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tsp
  • Chopped cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp


  1. First put the salt and mustard paste on chicken leave it for half an hour.
  2. Now pour oil add chopped garlic and chicken roast it on low temperature.
  3. When the chicken water dries then keep its temperature low.
  4. Then add capsicum, red chilies, chopped black pepper, vinegar and tomatoes.
  5. First add chopped cumin, chopped garam masala and honey mix it and turn off the stove.
