Ingredients For Moong Aur Lobia Ka Halwa:

  • Lentil  250 gm
  • Red kidney beans 250 gm
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Peeled almonds  1/2 cup
  • Small cardamom  10 to 12
  • Sugar  as required
  • Clarified butter  1 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First boil the lentil and kidney beans individually.
  2. Now pour ghee, cardamom, sugar mix it well and add khoya roast it.
  3. Then add chopped lentils paste, mix it and roast.
  4. When it leaves the ghee, take it out in a serving dish, add almonds slices for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Chicken Nuggets:

  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Corn flour  1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs  2 to 3
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Salad leaves  as required
  • Tomatoes  2

Method:

  1. First put the chicken mince, salt, garlic powder, chopped black pepper, chopped white pepper along chinese salt chop it well.
  2. Now take a bowl add beaten egg.
  3. Then put the chicken mince in a mold give it shape of nuggets with hand.
  4. Now coat it with corn flour, dip it into egg.
  5. Then coat it with bread crumbs, Now add ready nuggets.
  6. Give it different shape.
  7. Now pour oil add nuggets make them golden brown.
  8. Take it out in a serving dish and garnish it with salad leaves and tomatoes.
