Ingredients For Tandoori Drumsticks:

  • Drumsticks  6
  • Tara garam masala  2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic paste  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger paste  1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Yellow food color  1 pinch
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Onion garnishing
  • Lettuce garnishing
  • Tomato  garnishing

Method:

  1. Take a bowl mix tara garam masala, chopped red chilies, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice and food color.
  2. Now paste the mixture on drumsticks and leave it for a while.
  3. Now cook it on pan, or grill it.
  4. Garnish it with onion, salad leaves and tomatoes then serve.

Ingredients For Paratha Sandwich:

  • Frozen parathas  4
  • Tandoori chicken  1 cup
  • Green capsicum  1/4 cup
  • Onion  1/4 cup
  • Green chili  4
  • Tomatoes  1/4 cup
  • Mushroom  1/4 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese  1 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce  1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First cook the half paratha.
  2. Now cook one paratha in pan.
  3. Pour chili sauce on it. Then chicken, capsicum, onion, tomatoes and mushroom.
  4. Then add mozzarella cheese, place another paratha on it and cook it till becomes crispy.
  5. Now take it out in a plate, serve it with ketchup.
