Ingredients For Lentil & Prawn Rice:

  • Socked green lentil 1 cup
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Prawn 1/2 kg
  • Tomato 250 grams
  • Green chili 6
  • Garlic clove 6
  • Curry leaf 6
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. First pour oil add garlic cloves.
  2. Now add tomatoes, curry leaves, black pepper, cumin, salt and chopped coconut roast it well.
  3. Then add prawns roast it well.
  4. Now add peanuts cover it for 10 minutes let it cook.
  5. After that add rice pour water.
  6. When it is boiled then simmer it.
  7. Add green chilies and green coriander turn off the stove.

Ingredients For Prawn Fry On Toothpicks:

  • Prawn 1 kg
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Garam paste 1 tsp
  • Dried mango powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil  for frying
  • Toothpicks  as required

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add chaat masala, chopped red chilies, garlic paste, dry mango powder, black pepper, lemon juice and salt mix it make its paste.
  2. Now add prawns.
  3. Add flour, corn flour and rice flour coat the prawns.
  4. Put the tooth pick on prawns and fry.
  5. Prawn fry on toothpick is ready to serve.
