Sanbar, Chutney, Ice Cream Jelly Pudding And Bonda by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients For Ice Cream Jelly Pudding:

  • Vanilla ice cream 1/2 liter
  • Pineapple jelly 1 packet
  • Plain cake 1/2 pounds
  • Pineapple tin  1
  • Fresh cream whipped 1 packet

Method:

  1. First take a pineapple jelly,  saturate it into pineapple juice, leave it to cool.
  2. Now take a bowl mix ice cream beat it in jelly, add pineapple pieces, beaten fresh cream fold it.
  3. Then take a serving bowl , spread the pieces of plain cake, spread pineapple syrup.
  4. Now put the ice cream mixture for cooling.
  5. Garnish it with pineapple pieces and chocolate chips and then serve.

Ingredients For Sanbar:

For Sanbar Masala:

  • Chana daal 3/4 cup
  • Coriander seeds 1/4 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Whole button red chilies  15

For Sanbar:

  • Arhar daal 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Lauki 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Curry leaves 12
  • Imli pulp  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For making sanbar masala: Add chickpea, coriander, fenugreek leaves, whole red chilies roast it well.
  2. Now for making sanbar: Keep arhar daal for 1 hour.
  3. Then pour water boil it add sanbar masala, cook it, until it is tendered.
  4. Now add onion, carrot, lauki, tomatoes cook it until the vegetables tender.
  5. Add tamarind paste and curry leaves make baghar serve it with bonda.

Ingredients For Chutney:

  • Fresh coconut grated 1 cup
  • Gram lentil 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 4

For Baghar:

  • Curry leaves 10
  • Button red chilies 4
  • White lentil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil add chickpeas fry the daal.
  2. Now blend it add grated coconut, green coriander and salt, green chilies blend it well.
  3. Add curry leaves, red chilies, white lentil, mustard seeds then serve.

Ingredients For Bonda:

  • Mash daal 2 cup
  • Rice 1/3 cup
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Green chilies 8
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper whole 1

Method:

  1. First soak rice and mash daal for 6 hours.
  2. Now grind it for whole night and keep it on a side.
  3. Then take a pan pour ghee pour oil.
  4. Now add green chilies, green coriander, ginger and whole black cumin grind it well.
  5. Then make its paste add salt and mix it.
  6. Now make balls and fry it and serve.
