Ingredients For Fried Chops:

  • Mutton chops 6-8
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil  to fry
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First take a mutton chops beat them lightly, add ginger garlic paste, salt and white vinegar, keep it for 2 hours.
  2. Now take a bowl add egg white, corn flour, chicken cube, mustard powder and sugar mix it well.
  3. Then take a one chop dip it into ready mixture, spread bread crumbs.
  4. After that pour oil, add ready chops fry and make it golden brown.
  5. Tasty fried chops are ready.

Ingredients For Chicken Mushroom Lal Mirch Kay Saath:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Mushroom slice 1 tin
  • Red chili 8-10
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 2 cups
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

For Stock:

  • Chicken bones  some
  • Water 3 cups
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Black peppercorn  4

Method:

  1. First for stew take chicken bones, water, garlic, ginger and whole black pepper and cook it till it remains to 2 bowls.
  2. Then filter it.
  3. Now shred the chicken and add soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar and salt mix it well.
  4. Then take a pan pour oil add ginger garlic, then add chicken pieces.
  5. When water dries then add stew, chopped black pepper and chicken cubes.
  6. After that take another frying pan add mushrooms and fresh red chilies mix it in chicken.
  7. Now pour water, add corn flour, chicken.
  8. When it becomes thick then add sesame seeds serve it hot.
