Ingredients for Malacca Fried Rice:

  • Eggs 2
  • Sliced chicken 200 gm
  • Undercut beef 200 gm
  • Hard boiled rice 400 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Green onion 3
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Green coriander 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Star anise 1-2
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Cauliflower Prawns:

  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Ginger paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1-2
  • Cauliflower 250 gm
  • Diced capsicum 1-2
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Mushroom sliced 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Apple vinegar 2-3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube 2
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Flower Blossom:

For Dough:

  • White flour 2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt a pinch
  • Water to knead

For Filing:

  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped mushroom 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
