Sizzling Garlic Chicken Ingredients: Chicken fillet: 300 gm Salt: to taste Black pepper: to taste Oil: 2 tbsp Butter: 1/2 tbsp Garlic: 3 cloves Rosemary dried: 1 tsp Onion: 1/2 Bell Pepper: 1 Carrot: 1/2 Chicken Stock: 1 cup Parsley: for garnishing Method: Marinate chicken with salt and black pepper. Heat oil and cook the chicken adding butter to it too. Now add garlic, dried rosemary, onion, bell pepper, carrot and mix well. In a sizzling plate put this mixture and add chicken stock on top. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve. Egg Tomato Soup Ingredients: Tomatoes: 1-2 Eggs: 2 Spring onion leaves: 2 Cornflour: 2 tbsp Oil: 2 tbsp Salt: to taste Method: Boil 1 liter water in a pan and add eggs when the water boils. When the mixture turns yellow, add sliced tomatoes, salt, cornflour and boil for a minute more. Add oil and take it out in the serving dish. Sprinkle spring onions and serve hot. Butterfly Prawns & Rice Ingredients: Prawns: 300 gm Bread crumbs: 1 cup Egg: 1 Green chilies: 4 Oil: 3 tbsp Boiled rice: 2 cups Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp Sesame seeds: 1 tbsp Lemon extract: 1 tbsp Black pepper: 1/2 tsp Fresh coriander leaves: 2 tbsp Cornflour: 2 tbsp Flour: 2 tbsp Mayonnaise: 3 tbsp Salt: to taste Method: Marinate prawns with ginger garlic paste, lemon extract, black pepper, green chilies and salt. In a bowl mix together cornflour and flour and a little salt. Beat egg and keep it aside. take the marinated prawns one by one and dip it in the egg and then press it in the flour and cornflour powder and then into the bread crumbs. finally, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and deep fry. Serve with mayonnaise and boiled rice.
