Masala Chai by Chef Samina

Ingredients:

  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Small cardamom 8-10
  • Clove 6-8
  • Cinnamon 1 pinch
  • Milk for tea
  • Tea as required

Method:

  1. Grind crushed black pepper, small cardamom, clove and cinnamon thinly.
  2. Now put 1/2 tsp grinded masala in 6 cups of tea and mix well.
  3. In end, add sugar.
  4. Masala chai is ready.
