					Ingredients for Moroccan Omelete:
- Potato 1/2 kg
 
- Onion 1/4 cup
 
- Degi mirch / Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
 
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
 
- Roasted cumin seed 1/2 tsp
 
- Salt 1 tsp
 
- Coriander 2 tbsp
 
- Oil 1/4 cup
 
- Eggs 6
 
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil, put onion and salt and cook little.
 
- Then add cubed potatoes and all dry masalay and cover it.
 
- Take out in bowl and chill it. Then put beaten eggs and chopped coriander and mix it.
 
- Heat oil lightly in one pan and cook eggs mixture on low flame until edges becomes golden brown.
 
- Now turn it, cook like this, take out in platter and serve hot.
