					Ingredients for Ras Malai:
  
- Dry milk 2 cup
- Fresh milk 1 kg
- Khoya 250 gm
- Eggs 2
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- White flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Kewra essence few drops
- Almond pistachio 1/2 cup
 
Method:
  
- First, put milk and sugar in pan and boil it.
- When sugar is dissolved, then put khoya and kewra essence, mix it and cook it.
- Put dry milk, oil, white flour, cardamom powder and baking powder in one mixing bowl and mix it.
- Beat eggs, mix it by adding gradually and knead it.
- Now make portions of this mixture, put in boiled mix and leave for a while.
- Then portions comes up, close the stove.
- Then take out in dish, garnish with almonds and pistachio, chill it and serve it.
