Ingredients:

  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Desi eggs 4
  • Maida 1-1/3 cup
  • Butter 200 gm
  • Dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Coco powder 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Put chocolate in butter and melt it.
  2. Now add caster sugar, eggs and vanilla essence and mix it.
  3. Then put maida and coco powder and mix it nicely.
  4. Put mixture in 8 inch cake mold.
  5. Bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Brownies is ready.
