Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Chopped ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Chopped potatoes 2
  • Spring onion 250 gm
  • Grated carrots 2 cups
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Eggs 4
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First, heat oil and fry chopped ginger garlic.
  2. Now put sweet corn, chopped potatoes, spring onion, grated carrot, capsicum, black pepper and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Then put cream and boiled rice and mix it.
  4. After that, grease tray and put rice.
  5. Now put crushed cheddar cheese and eggs and bake on 180 degrees C.
  6. Creamy vegetables rice is ready.
