Kofta Palak by Chef Samina

Ingredients:

For Kofta:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Almond powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chili 2
  • Spinach 1-1/2 kg
  • Methi 1 cup
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Onion 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Rice or Naan for serving

Method:

  1. Boil spinach, methi and green chilies and grind finely.
  2. Mix all masalay in mince, grins it nicely and make koftay.
  3. Heat oil and fry whole mix spice and onion.
  4. Then put ginger garlic paste, salt, chili and turmeric and roast with yogurt.
  5. Now add koftay and roast it.
  6. When roasted, put grinded methi and spinach.
  7. In end, add cream or milk and keep on simmer.
  8. Serve with naan or rice.
