Hara Masala Mutton by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Black pepper 3/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Cinnamon 2 inch
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First, in blender, blend coriander, green chilies, black pepper, coriander powder and onion and make smooth paste.
  2. Now heat oil, add cinnamon, green cardamom, ginger garlic and mutton and fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put grinded masala, cover it and cook until mutton tender.
  4. Then put yogurt and fry it nicely.
  5. For Gravy: Add 1 cup water and cook it nicely, so it becomes ready.
