Ingredients:

  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped green chilies 1
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Chopped green coriander 4 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

For Making Imli:

  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Fried cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First, cut potatoes into long. Now put corn flour, black pepper and salt, fry it and take it out.
  2. Then put tamarind juice, fried cumin seeds, red chili, salt and sugar and cook it.
  3. After that, put fried in serving bowl.
  4. Put chopped tomato, chopped green chilies and chopped capsicum.
  5. Now put tamarind juice and chopped green coriander and serve.
