Ingredients:

  • Chocolate biscuits 200 gm
  • Melted butter 4 oz
  • Gelatin 3 tsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Curd cheese 8 oz
  • Caster sugar 3/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream whipped 12 oz
  • Cherry pie filling 1 tin

Method:

  1. Put crushed chocolate biscuits and melted butter in one bowl and mix it.
  2. Now put in 8 inch tin and press it nicely.
  3. Then dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water.
  4. Now beat curd cheese, caster sugar and lemon juice and make thick.
  5. Then fold gelatin in cheese mixture and cream.
  6. Now take out 1/3 tsp of cheese mixture and put on crumbs mixture.
  7. After that, put layer of cherry pie filling and spread remaining cheese mixture.
  8. Then chill more until it top layers becomes hard.
  9. In end, do topping with pie filling, decorate with fresh cream, chill it nicely and serve.
