Ingredients:

  • Prawns 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Red chili 2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Dry red chilies 4
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First heat butter, fry prawns and take it out.
  2. Fry oil in this pan and put onion paste.
  3. When water dries, put ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili, crushed black pepper and tomato and roast it.
  4. After that, put prawns, fish sauce, dry red chilies, green chilies and lemon juice, keep on simmer for 5 minutes and close the stove.
