Ingredients:

  • Prawns 300 gm
  • Boneless fish 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Red chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Hard boiled potato 2
  • Diced carrot 1
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Salad leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. First take out head and tail of prawns.
  2. Now add boneless fish, garlic paste, white pepper, fish sauce, eggs, red chili paste, soya sauce, corn flour, bread crumbs, hard boiled potatoes and salt in chopper and make paste.
  3. Now make balls of this paste, skew on sticks with vegetables and steam in steamer.
  4. Or fry in oil or bake in oven.
  5. Serve with salad leaves.
