Ingredients:

  • Bakar khani 5-6
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Rose water 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chopped almond for garnish
  • Chopped pistachio for garnish

Method:

  1. Put milk and sugar in pan, mix it and cook until sugar dissolves.
  2. Now add eggs and mix it nicely.
  3. Then add cinnamon powder, chopped almond, chopped pistachio, lemon juice and cream, mix it and remove it.
  4. After that, crush bakar khani, put it and put remaining almond and pistachio.
  5. Now bake it for 30 minutes on 200 degrees C until golden color comes.
  6. In end, take it out and serve.
