Ingredients:

  • Pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Almonds grinded 1 tbsp
  • Coconut grinded 1 tbsp
  • Brown onion grinded 3 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ghee or oil 1/2 cup
  • Fries 1 cup
  • Tomato slices 1
  • Lemon juice for serving
  • Coriander leaves, green chilies, mint leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. First marinate pasanday with raw papaya and ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes.
  2. Now beat yogurt, add salt, chili powder, turmeric, almonds grinded, coconut grinded, all spice and brown onion grinded, mix it nicely and paste on pasanday nicely.
  3. Then heat ghee, spread pasanday, cover it and simmer it until it is ready.
  4. In end, garnish with coriander leaves, green chilies and mint leaves and serve with fries, tomato slices and lemon juice.
