Spaghetti Pizzaiola by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boiled spaghetti 3 cups
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Mince 250 gm
  • Canned tomato 1
  • Tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum chopped 1 cup
  • Mushrooms 2-3 sliced
  • Chopped onion 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pot, put garlic crushed and chopped onion and fry until light golden.
  2. Now add mince, fry it nicely, put mixed herbs, salt, crushed red pepper, black pepper crushed, canned tomato and tomato puree, cover it and cook until mince tender and sauce becomes thick.
  3. Now fold boiled spaghetti, capsicum cubes, parsley chopped and mushrooms sliced, mix it nicely, sprinkle parsley and serve.
