Ingredients:

  • White flour 300 gm
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Chopped garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Olives 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it and leave it.
  2. When yeast rises, put in mixing bowl.
  3. Now put white flour, salt and leave 2-3 tbsp of butter out of 1/2 cup, add in it and knead with milk or water.
  4. Now cover it and leave it for 2-3 hours.
  5. After that, take out and make portions.
  6. Now heat oil in pan and fry onion and chopped garlic cloves.
  7. Now add chicken mince, roast it, add chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander and cumin powder and roast it.
  8. Now remove it and chill it.
  9. Now mix olives and mozzarella cheese.
  10. Now stuff it in center of rolled roti, turn it and close it.
  11. In end, brush with egg and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes, take out and serve hot.
