Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Sugar powder 2 cups
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Mix dry fruits 1/2 cup
  • Coco powder 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put yogurt, oil and vanilla essence in one pot and beat it nicely.
  2. Now put sugar powder, salt and eggs and beat more.
  3. Then add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and mix dry fruits and fold it.
  4. After that, grease pudding mould, put cake mixture and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  5. Moroccan yogurt chocolate cake is ready.
