No Bake Chocolate Bars by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Peanut butter 1 cup
  • Honey 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Oats 2 cups
  • Shredded coconut 1 cup
  • Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Dark chocolate 1-1/4 cups
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Melt peanut butter, honey and butter over medium heat.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and add oats, shredded coconut, chocolate and vanilla essence.
  3. Stir until chocolate is entirely melted.
  4. Pour into a 9x13 pan and cool in the fridge.
  5. When it is set, cut into bars and serve.
