Fry Pan Kabab With Onions & Tomatoes by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

For Kabab:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coconut powder 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Red chili 1 tsp

For Masala:

  • Tomatoes 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Onions 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For kabab: Put all ingredients in chopped and grind it.
  2. Then make kabab of it.
  3. For masala: Put tomatoes, green chilies and onions in frying pan and put kabab on it.
  4. Then put oil, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and crushed black pepper, salt and lemon juice on kabab and cook pot on low flame for 20 minutes.
  5. After that, roast it nicely.
  6. Fry pan kabab with onions & tomatoes is ready.
