Pineapple Upside Down Salad Mould by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple slices 1 can
  • Cherry halves 6
  • Pineapple jelly 1 packet
  • Water 3/4 cup
  • Cream cheese 4  tbsp
  • Curd cheese 4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple syrup 1/4 cup
  • Cream whipped 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pineapple tidbits 1/2 cup
  • Fruit cocktail 1 cup

Method:

  1. First grease mould with oil nicely.
  2. Now fixed with 1 can pineapple slices and cherries.
  3. Dissolve cherries in water.
  4. Put pineapple slices on top.
  5. Now mix cream whipped, cream cheese, curd cheese and mayonnaise and beat it.
  6. Then mix fruit cocktail, sugar, salt and dissolved gelatin pineapple syrup in pineapple nicely.
  7. After that, put pineapple jelly on top and freeze until it is ready.
  8. Then turn it and serve.
