Badam Ka Halwa by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Almond paste 1 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Almond essence 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Almond for garnish

Method:

  1. Make almond paste.
  2. Now heat ghee and then, put semolina and roast it.
  3. Then add milk, sugar and almond paste and roast it.
  4. Then add khoya and almond essence, mix it and cook until halwa leaves oil.
  5. In end, dish out halwa, garnish with almond and serve.
